It needs to know which of the clubs that are offered Austrian students would like to attend. You have decided to do a survey among your classmates and send a report. Write around 250 words. Make sure you understand the situation: Who is interested in the report? Why? What information do you have to give? Why is the information important? Study the instructions: How can you present the results without just giving the numbers as percentages? What do you think about the results? Can you explain them? What suggestions can you make based on the results? Report A report gives clear information about facts, projects, incidents or events and is based on evidence and research, often illustrated with charts. It is written for a person in charge, an authority or an institution, and it uses formal and polite language.
