Well, we usually start (start) work at 8 o’clock in the morning. We always (serve) two meals each day – lunch and dinner. Right now, at 11 o’clock, we (prepare) lunch. On the menu today we have a special lamb with garlic sauce, so at the moment, some of my colleagues (cook) the meat and some (cut up 2 ) vegetables. And this is Marie. She (make) the sauce.
