Five years ago, they started their company, PartyPeople. The three women all have different jobs in the company. Kate is the “businesswoman” who does the office work and talks to customers. Annie is the disc jockey who plays the music and she also installs the lights. Ruth cooks all the food for the parties. PartyPeople is very successful now. But it was small when it started. At first, Kate, Annie and Ruth organised the parties and cooked the food in Kate’s house. Now the three women use an old pizzeria in Danbury. They cook the food in the kitchen and the restaurant is their office.
