Carrying out a survey Once you have started a business, it might be necessary to carry out customer surveys occasionally to check if your products or services still suit your customers’ tastes. Look at the picture of Vicki and the summary of her survey. Who did she talk to? What questions did she ask? Listen to Vicki telling her colleagues about the results of her survey. Design a survey to find out what people do now, and if they’d use your business. Get into new groups. Ask each other questions to complete your surveys.
