It aims to bring “the worst of art to the widest of audiences” and already has become a Boston-area landmark. Its collections, while small, are a powerful testament to the sincerity of even the most talentless among us. The shriek-inducing galleries display several dozen paintings at any one time, including a number of unique works of art on permanent exhibition: Lucy in the Field with Flowers , the gallery’s first painting (a portrait of a one-breasted grandmother running through a field of flowers with a red chair affixed to her rear), the pointillist study Sunday on the Pot with George and the arresting Jerez the Clown are but a few. Mr and Mrs Clark and Percy , a painting by David Hockney Venus of Willendorf (22,000 B.C.)   , a drawing by  109 Nur zu Prüfzwecken – Eigentum des Verlags öbv
