It gives information in detail, about the boundary lines of a property, numbers and coordinates of boundary points, area of the property, land cover (e.g. building, street, garden, wood, agricultural use or water) as well as soil evaluation and taxation of land, which is based on a yearly averaged yield estimation. It is linked to the land registry through the property or parcel number. All changes in boundaries have to be surveyed by licensed survey- ors, recorded on maps and handed over to the cadastral office as it changes the cadastral map.
