Read the following text about gates. Then answer the questions. Gates are usually larger than doors and are for entering factory grounds, open courtyards, public parks and outside private en- trances such as gardens or driveways. Swing gates are usually made of steel or alu- minium. They can be single or double (winged) gates. They need a lot of space because they are opened on side hinges towards the inside or outside.
