As a warm-up, do an internet search with the keywords “how to keep a diary” + teenagers. b) Read through the texts on some of these websites to get ideas on what to write about. Make a list of possible topics. c) Choose three to four subtopics – one for each paragraph. d) Make a list of interesting words and phrases that you would like to use in your text. e) Write an article on the basis of this prompt. The website teenagetrends.com , which specialises in trends among teenagers, has issued a call for articles on how teenagers use diaries to record their lives. You have decided to participate and to explain how teenagers view this trend. Are you keeping a diary? Is your journal your best friend? How does it feel to record everything in writing?
