During the summer holidays you went to Scotland to take a course at a language school. However, you were really disappointed by the course and the family with whom you were staying. Therefore you decide to complain. In your e-mail of complaint you should: • describe the problems with the course and the family • explain what you had expected • ask for compensation Write around 200 words.
