Firstly, you should have no electronic at devices in your bedroom. This does means you shouldn’t have a TV or even a computer in your bedroom. You also shouldn’t sleep with a mobile phone or actually tablet in your room. The light from these devices can keep on your brain active and stop you go sleeping. Secondly, you should tidy up, especially if you make work in your room. If your bedroom is more like an office, it can keep your really mind busy, and you could become anxious about much work. Lastly, you should paint your room a restful colour. Read the text slowly and word for word. Don’t stop reading at the end of a line, read the whole sentence. Look for short words like prepositions, modal verbs or adverbs.
