Today I want to tell you about my house. Followme. This is the hall. It’s where I take off my shoes. In the kitchen I sometimes cook spaghetti or bake cupcakes. Of course, I do the washing-up, too. I usually have breakfast with my mum here. At weekends Dad comes to visit us. Then we have breakfast and dinner together in the living room. We have a large table with four chairs. It is a huge room with a sofa and two cosy armchairs and a TV. I always watch my favourite shows here. Our bedrooms are upstairs. In my bedroom I do my homework, work on the computer, write text messages and chat with friends. It’s my favourite room. This is where I relax and play games – and hide from nosy aunties! The bathroom is on the same floor. It’s where I get ready for the day. I always take a shower and brush my teeth. When I leave for school in the morning, I always look at the flowers in the front garden. I often water them and cut the grass. So that’s my home.
